You need to do a credit score clean up because depending on your credit, it is like applying for a great college or just a local one. Your credit score will tell you what you can have in life. The netter your score when applying the better off you will be.

The thing is I believe no matter what you can never have a good enough credit score. If you believe this you will always believe you can get a better price and interest rate on anything you do or buy.

I know this may sound a little weird and counter productive but you do need to  practice being frugal.  just because you have the extra credit limit doesn't mean you should use it.  In fact I suggest no more than 30% of your limit should be used for credit score clean up. 

The next thing you can consider when doing credit score clean up is a balance transfer.

Something you can do quickly to reduce overall limit on credit cards is consolidate balances and put everything on the card with the best interest rate. This is allowed on almost all credit cards. However after doing this you need to commit to not using the other higher interest cards anymore. By doing this you will watch your credit score go in the desired direction.

Credit cards are what are called revolving debt because it is so easy to pay down and build up again. So because of this when you are applying for a home of vehicle the lender looks very closely at your credit card debt.

Balance transfer when it comes to credit score clean up can be a bit tricky. It means talking to each company and seeing exactly what is allowed and what all the rates are and are there any hidden charges. You just need to get down and get this done.

The easiest thing you can do is call your credit card company and tell them you are going to other companies to look for better rates. Of course the credit card company does not want to lose a customer so in most cases they will give you a much better interest rate.

At the end of the day when it comes to your credit score clean up it is all about being responsible.

If you don't take the time to sit back and see what you are getting yourself into you will just keep falling further and further until you cant get any lower.

If there are problems you need to face them and realize that there are things you can do.

You can avoid the calls and bills but it will catch up to you very quickly and by then it will be way too late.
